• What is the Price of new Epson Head?

  - XP-600 (17000 to 20000 Rs. Approx.*)
  - I-3200-A1 (70000 to 75000 Rs. Approx.*)

• Warranty / Guarantee Period of Head?

  - NO Warranty / Guarantee of Head

• DTF Printing Machine Warranty / Guarantee Period?

  - 1 year Warranty on main board and head board after Date of Invoice
  - Physical Damage or Short Circuit of Board is not Covered
  - AC, UPS (Online – Having Constant Voltage Supply) and proper Earthing is mandatory.

• Is Service will be available for DTF Printing Machine at my Place?

  - Yes, service will be available at your place.
  - Service is free till Customer uses our Ink
  - For Surat-Gujarat, no other charges shall be bare by customer but if customer location is out of Surat-Gujarat the Transport and Accommodation charges of engineer will be bared by customer.

• Transportation Cost of DTF Printing Machine?

  - For Surat-Gujarat no charges should be bared by customer
  - For other Location transportation charges will be bared by customer and it may vary upon location and transporter.

• Area required to install DTF Printing Machine?

  - For 12 inch machine 8 X 8 Feet
  - For 24 inch Machine 10 X 15 Feet

• Power Supply Required For DTF Printing Machine?

  - For 12 Inch Printer – 1 Phase - 230 volt – 1 KW
  - For 12 Inch Powder Shaker – 1 Phase – 230 volt – 2 KW
  - For 24 Inch Printer – 1 Phase – 230 volt – 2.5 KW
  - For 24 Inch Printer – 1 Phase – 230 volt – 3.5 KW
